I'm in school virtually every day till 9pm leh....
DBS has gotten back to me. They told me to file the request (for
1st October deduction) again tomorrow at one of the branches. They
would then process it and refund me whatever they deducted.
That's when I totally lost it...... 'You fellas screwed up my
request, and now you're asking me TO DO IT AGAIN?!?! WHAT ARE THE
ODDS THAT YOU IDIOTS ARE GOING TO SCREW IT UP AGAIN?!?!?'
But like it or not, I don't have a choice.
No matter. I'm gonna scream bloody murder at their
management.
If someone gets fired as a result... so be it.
